Today's Workout: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats - nonstop for 20minutes
Today's Confession: I HATE PUSH UPS! I did this same workout in August and my score is still the same (hence, this post topic)
At least once a week someone interrupts one of my workouts to ask me what I am training for. This always catches me off guard. Why do I have to be training for anything specific? My answer is always the same …. I am training for life. Regardless of what life throws at me, I am training so that I may go to sleep a little stronger than I woke up.
