How about those logs..........

In August we talked about training logs. If you have been keeping careful notes you should have some data to compare. Have you been getting faster, stronger, more consistent? Think about where you have been stuck and make it a goal to work on that skill for an entire week. If your maximum repetitions of push ups is still the same, take 2 minutes each day to practice them. We tend to avoid the things we hate the most but they are what we should be doing the most!
