iPod

The most important piece of equipment I pack everyday is my i-pod. I NEED music to workout. Maybe it’s the extra motivation, the distraction from the pain, or the music’s ability to keep my mind form wondering to the million of other things I have to do. It’s hard to explain. Here is one of my favorite playlists….

Ghosts (4:33) Ladytron
Meet Me On the Equinox (3:44) Death Cab for Cutie
Meet Me Halfway (4:44) Black Eyed Peas
I'm Shipping Up to Boston (2:34) Dropkick Murphys
Obsessed (4:02) Mariah Carey
Tear Me Up (3:07) Stefy Rae
Break It Down (3:21) Alana D
I Get Around (3:29) Dragonette
Get Up (1:46) A.D.
Say What You Want (3:51) The Deekompressors
I'm Good, I'm Gone (3:23) Lykke Li
Emergency (2:59) Aimee Allen
Doin' My Thing (2:28) King Juju
Love Is Gone (3:21) David Guetta & Chris Willis
World Hold On (3:36) Bob Sinclar
Somebody's Watching Me (3:58) RockwellFame (3:26) Naturi

The tempo is all over the place so I don’t run with it but it is good for about 60 min of weight training. I have to warn you, these are not songs that I would play in class. Some of them use colorful language and cover interesting topics. It’s just for fun…
