3K Combo

Bring a stopwatch and a set of medium to heavy dumbbells with you and find a rower. Complete 1 round of the following:

Row: 500m
60 seconds: Air Squats
Row: 500m
60 seconds: Push Ups
Row: 500m
60 seconds: Plank
Row: 500m
60 seconds: Lunges
Row: 500m
60 seconds: Overhead Press/Push Press
Row: 500m
60 seconds: Weighted Crunch

Record your time co you can compare it to a repeat performance in a month or two.
