I hate to do this to you all but I am going on a quick vacation for the rest of the week. You are on your own! I know there is enough information here to hold you over for the week. I will be back in time to post another workout for Monday!
At least once a week someone interrupts one of my workouts to ask me what I am training for. This always catches me off guard. Why do I have to be training for anything specific? My answer is always the same …. I am training for life. Regardless of what life throws at me, I am training so that I may go to sleep a little stronger than I woke up.
