Interval Timers

I have lectured about the benefits of interval training many times both here on this blog and during my private training sessions. This type of training requires you to monitor both your work periods and your rest periods. That can be hard to do on your own especially of you are trying to use a clock or a simple stop watch. With that said, my exercise equipment suggestion for you today is a GymBoss. It is inexpensive, lightweight and about the size of a pager.
